For Shadow: Page 11
That’s Chelsea and Millie’s Uncle Justin (Clover’s twin brother) on the wall there. He’s a rather dashing fellow, who you’ll see more of at some point down the track.
In unrelated news, here’s Doggy Dialler, a game that Lannie made for Ludum Dare 30.
Don’t you tell me you don’t wish to seek absolution for your filthy little souls via playing a game in which you are a dead child in Hell teaching dogs to slay demons via the power of prank calls, yo.
the parents should learn that strange events happen around their girls. I hope they had nothing to do and spend some time with the girls to know some of the stuff they talk about isn’t made up time to time. -.-
…
but still that last panel was a bit hilarious. XD
I admit I laughed out loud when I initially read panel five in this story’s script. Heeheehee!
That’s a good point you’ve made about Alain and Clover’s general reactions to the weirdness that tends to surround their daughters. Clover and Alain have their fair share of weirdness hanging around themselves though too.
With that in mind,
let’s put Tom on the spotask Tom what happened after the “Mess You Up” ending, because I have no idea whether or not Clover now believes her daughters were hanging out with an alien in the attic. It’s difficult to say. I can tell you that Clover and Alain are very open to the more unknown parts of this world. So they would never outright tell Chelsea or Millie that their imagination is running away with them or outright dismiss them.
In THIS case though, Alain can’t deny something is up anyway. He can look down and see Millie is missing a shadow, and that ain’t right after all. Last time though, Clover didn’t have any proof of an alien being there. But she was more disjointed that the attic was such a mess than to even contemplate the existence of an alien being ;)
I laughed quite hard at the two last panels. It’s just the kind of thought train that odd-thinking Cosmo Kramer-ish people would take, which always works with me.
I recall laughing at that myself when I first read Tom’s script!
